Thanks for the tip on exhaust wrap. Is it wrapping just the pipe? Are there any heatshield products that I can use in conjunction? Riding in Singapore traffic, makes my ass and thigs feel as if they are on fire!! How does it benefit taking the Cat out?

Yes, got from MAH. Understand mine is the 5th 675R in SG. Great looks, love the carbon bits. I guess the steering damper makes a big difference with the handling which is surprisingly very good, bike does not feel heavy in slow speed. Unable to open her up beyond 5000 rpm to break the engine in, and therefore haven't got a good feel for the bike. Very different ride from the 2005 R6 I had previously. The only not so good point for me is that I am not able to change down continously from 4th to 2nd or 1st, unless I clutch out between changes!! Hopefully I will get used to it. I also can't understand whether it is the underseat exhaust or the low gear riding in traffic, the engine gets very hot and very uncomfortable....anyone has any ideas? Price SGD 29k on the road including comprehensive insurance, road tax, COE, etc,..... Anyone up for a ride out?
