yes, what i meant was - Can the pillion claim against his rider's insurance company? Also, i just wanna know roughly how much can get if it's possible...

Hi... If let say after a road accident the rider is deemed at fault and cannot claim from his insurance, can his PILLION claim against his insurance instead? Especially when the pillion is the one badly injured...fracture his thigh bone... Roughly how much can the pillion claim? Does anybody know?
