Yes.. it was leaking tt time and have change the gasket and 'ring'.. no more leaking but will check again for any.. the rpm problem came after the change of gasket..

Hello guys! Im a new gsr400 rider. Bought the bike fr loois last dec. Then last month came this prob. My rpm is 'stuck' at 7-8.. so my max speed is only arnd 100km/h at gear 6.. throttle fully open but my bike seems cant speed up. No issue before this.. bike can go up to 170km/h or more.. some say to service the FI.. is it true? Any advise?
