My fren have no money to pay installment as he is jobless since last year and he bike has been tow back for 3 month already... and now the bike shop is looking for him... dun know for what... and is the bike shop able to take any legal action against him ?

Ask your friend go to the bikeshop to have a discussion with the boss.

 

Work out a plan together, maybe pay a little bit first each month then when he has found a job then cover the outstanding balance. Actually best if your friend sells away the bike. Use the money to pay the bikeshop. The remaining ones settle later.

 

The last thing the boss want to do is to sue your friend cos that will be very troublesome.

the bikeshop will auto sell the bike and send a lawyer letter to your fren and ask him pay up ,if he never pay ....the tan bao ren must pay loh
