ktm duke 125 questions(please help)

I got a little question about the ktm duke 125, at the moment i have had it only 2 days and have covered only 45 miles and the first service is at 600 miles. currently i think and have researched the bike and i think i know that the bike is restricted at the start because it gives time for the engine to be broken in. But the problem that i get is that i was never told that it would be restricted and that i cant get over 50 mph - 82 kmh when using the bike. Another problem it at the current state of the bike and that fact it does not let you put more then 6k rpm into the bike is that the 6th gear is almost useless at the moment. This is because its restricted and it simple does not have the power currently because it doesn't go over 50mph.

 

my question to anyone with a ktm because this is scarring me a little bit the bike being that slow, are:

 

Does the bike come restricted from new (2015 plate never been ridden)?

 

if so, when does the restrictions get taken off the bake because i can only get 50mph out of it and its annoying me?

 

my rpm are does not go past 5k-6k rpm is this normal?

 

what rpm does the bike normally go to when going around 70 mph?
