voltmeter indication went crazy.

hi bros,

ever encounter something like the voltmeter indicator(led) type not digital or analog went up to max..think beyond the max zone while riding.and sunddenly drop back to about 2 volts and flashing warning.been having this problem lately till today my bike cannot start.lightings and horn everything sui sui,just that when cranking time halfway change to sparking sound.gonna tow by bike soon liao.:cry: is it a tell tale sign?
