electrics problem

bros and siss, i got a problem. riding an RXZ

 

i realized tat my brake light at the box not working, so i try to fix the wiring below the seat, then at one time it works, after try2, it dont.

 

then i realize when i on ignition (engine off)

-neutral light didnt light up.

-cannot signal right/left,

-horn dead.

 

when engine ON,

-signal light on but never FLASH, (will be very DIM if never throttle)

-horn still dead.

-headlight, tail light still have light.

 

so i removed the wires from the brake light of the box, just to be safe.

so from the pros, i think it might be the 1)battery? if not, maybe i 2)'shorted' one the wires? or maybe one of the 3)fuse broke? want to check but i dono how to check all these. wanna go shop but better check here first.
