Parking On Double Yellow Line Inside HDB Estate

Hi,

 

Can I ask that if the parking offence is being issued within the HDB estate, I would need to appeal to which of the following parties?

 

HDB?

LTA?

TP?

 

In this case, Mostly it would be appealing to HDB ya?

Actually, it depends where that double yellow line is. If the double yellow line is around where there are parking lots, then it will be under HDB or URA.

 

If the double yellow line is on the main roads not near any carpark lots, then it is probably under TP.

 

Like near my office, one road has carpark, and the URA parking attendant can summon, but there is a side road that they will not summon, only TP will summon. So many people park on that side road because TP come less often. The URA contractors are there whole day until 4pm.

 

Funny one, dunno how they split up their territory. This gang hold here, that gang hold there.

It should be HDB since it was sent by HDB.

 

But then again.. even kena summon oso makes us confuse who did it (lol)..
