cashcard not deducted when pass by gantry

hi guys, yesterday i pass by erp with my cashcard in the unit but it didn't deduct any amt. at the next traffic light, it shows error on my unit.

 

but before i move off, i inserted my cashcard and the value of my cashcard was shown.

 

so can i appeal if i get summon? it's not my fault right as i ensured that the cashcard was inserted correctly and amt was shown so the cash card can be read by the erp?

 

i also turned into hotel intercontinental carpark and used my cash card there. it is fine so my cash card is not spoil.

 

today i pass by another erp gantry. the amt deducted correctly so my erp unit is working.

 

can anyone advise?

Now NETS seems to be having a PR war with LTA ERP about whose fault is it that cashcard cannot deduct at certain gantries.

 

ERP blame NETS, NETS say all other usage no problem only ERP got problem.
