Help on buying laid up bike

ok guys nid some help cos i first time buy laid up bike

 

now the bike's laid up by the seller.

 

so the steps is tat:

 

1. owner gets it inspected

2. i get insurance

3. get road tax

4. do transfer ownership

 

is tat it? were the steps correct or did i leave anything out?

 

tried search.. answers were nt really clear. ^^

 

to cancel the lay up need to pay any amt of money? or jus re-new road tax can already?

Your right all steps are there, but when u go for inspection take along the road tax disc from lta
