Help on accident

I'm seeking advice here since I have no experience with handling accidents. My subrider was involved in an accident yesterday.

 

I have yet to see the damage on my bike. However I like to ask how can I go about claiming damages?

 

Although I would be able to borrow another transport from family, is it also possible for me to claim for loss of transport? If yes, how do I go about it?

1st of all, who is at fault, better called your insurance and inform them ASAP

you cant claim transport claim as you are not directly involved in the accident.

 

but you will be given loss of transport, but dont pint he high hope because its usually only 2~3 days for the period of repair, other lost days are not included in the loss of transport.
