Question on Season parking holders

Usually they check if you have a season parking there, no point recording ur plate no. for "just in case" because in any case of hit and run, even if they do record down they also won't know who hit it and ran away lol

 

I've parked my bike next to bike parking lots which is double yellow line but I didnt get any summon for it because they'll know that there are just too little parking lots for us.

In any case if you do get summoned for it you can call them to tell them that the carpark is full and you have no where else to park.
