procedure to buy a bike

hi guys, need ur help. will b buyin over a bike from someone. can anyone explain n how to go about doin e paper work as i hv got no experience in doin so. is it true tat if e bike comes w aftermarket street legal exhause pipe then i hv to oso transfer e ownership? (where to do that). is there any insurance company nearby LTA ? cos i heard tat i need to buy e insurance 1st b4 can transfer e ownership. so if there is a insurance company nearby LTA then will more convinent. how much is e transfer fee too. tks guys 4 ur help!

As for Exhaust, the cert is tagged to the bike, so no requirements to change ownership, unless u are going to put the exhaust on another bike.

 

Yes insurance is required before u can transfer. easiest to get is NTUC.

i think u need to first identify which company u wanna get from. so far NTUC gave me the most hassle free experience. if u want, the nearest will be amk hub
