Help on Yamaha NXC125C cygnus gear!

Got a few items im looking for:

 

1) cr8e spark plugs for this model.

 

preferably by these few manufacturers:

 

NGK

DENSO

BRISK

pulstar

 

the brisk one is a 360 degree ignition sparkplug , kinda ex in taiwan so i see if i can get cheaper stuff in SG.

 

2) philips H4 golden bulbs?

 

3) suspension @ 320-340MM , i heard the cb400 shocks are compatiable but where to get showa shocks? is servicing ex?

 

4)handgrips .

 

 

i have been to LAB, Chiap lee and hokada motosports and the few shops in between them.

 

 

im foreigner so help with directions / public transportation / landmarks will be greatly appreciated!
