Parking in a manner causing unnessary obstruction

Anyone kanna this before? I was seriously shocked when i saw it, because i was sure i did not cause any obstruction. Any demerit points? And how much

I was sure that i was parking in an orderly manner. Is it because there was no enforcement line, so they just hantam only?

It depends on where you park...

I parked infront of Hitachi tower, erm, by the side of the road. Gotta go toilet.. high tide. Fast game, then kanna.

 

How i park eh ? Just like a normal bike would do. Futhermore, i parked deep, not on the first lane, because the curb like come in like that.. no obstruction whatsoever. Also in an orderly manner.

appeal? if really go toilet less than 5 mins i think should have valid case but up to you to prove it

i think should be able to appeal it but your story have to write a bit more remorseful so at least they might waived off the parking offence if you are first timer .
