regarding demerit points, pls help.

hi guys.

 

i pass my 2b on 3/9/07

but i jus recieve a fine about mi speeding 31-40km above a 60km road

which carry to a 8 demerit point n 170 fine.

 

so which mean tat now im left wit 6 points as i haven pass my probation period. and the worse case is, nxt week is my car tp test .

wit 8 demerit points, m i able to go for the car test n tk 2a in the coming september

 

pls help, i really dunnoe i was speeding. it jus a long stretch of empty road.

i was not racing or wat so eva.

 

btw, how can i make a appeal, n wat reason shall i give?

n wat the percentage of appealing success?

to be frank , no one can tell you the appealing success rate because only the I.O will determine whether should lower your demerit points or revoke you after looking at your appeal statement. I think you should ask your driving instructor as he can give you a better advise regarding a traffic police test on your motorcar. Just my 2 cents thot .......

den i called the tp side for the whole afternoon but no 1 ans.

no records. they said 31-40km on a 60km road.

so i guess i was goin ard 90+km/h

 

but actually i dun really care about the appeal.

as it my faulth n treat it as a lesson ba.

but the prob is i dunnoe whether i can tk my car test anot.
