Guys.........My fren got this problem..Here is how the story goes..He bought a First hand bike last year at this particular shop...After using it for around 6 month, he is retrenched from work thus no money to pay instalment for the bike.

Eventually the bike was repo by the shop. He did not intend to take out the bike as he had no money to pay for the bike.The problems is that the shop sent out a lawyer letter stating that they wanted some compensation for the bike amounting to 3k but can pay instalment for 2 years.

Total cost of the bike is around 9k+++..He is dead worried at the moment. Just wanna find out whether the compensation is legal?
