True arh.. Heng motors @ toh Guan has a better service attitude compared to their neighbour @ A#P***N.. I used to ride an old RXK.. Went into A#P***N and ask them for servicing.. Mech fking hao lian.. see my bike don't care me.. dont even wanna look @ me.

 

 

Then no choice.. when to Heng, heng at least entertained me, changed my rear drum brakes frm them.. Then went there again as wanted to look at bikes... The sales person also very good and friendly.. only thing is wann chop people. But no choice they also have business to run etc etc...

 

 

So therefore i guess heng is a few notch above A#P***N for servcing and sales..

 

the time when i just had my bike, i heard abt a#p..saw it there at toh guan, tot wanna fix my bike there due to some minor fall..but when i went there, the mech like ignore me even after i tell dem wat i need for my bike..den dey just heck care and i'm like,,what the heck..the end don bother to wait with that kinda attitude frm the mech so i went next door to heng and the mech attended to my bike almost instantly..so frm den usually go heng..

 

Heng's service attitude is ok la, somemore can chit chat with the sales girl there

but seems they don't carry lot of popular products and accs, choice limited yet price not the best

exactly the same situation as u. a^p su*ks that's all i can say. they cant be bother with 2b bikes. wan see bike service? wait till i got bigger bikes oso wont go there le even if by then they bother to entertain me cos first impression counts.
