hi people...do anyone how to draft a black n white? black n white is just like an agreement where buyer and selller will agree to settle the full payment by when and stuff..do anyone know how go about it?

u can do the "proper" way and get a lawyer to do for you (but will cost u 1k or 2k?) or if u want to save money, get someone with powderful english and with some knowledge on contract law to help you draft it. then both party sign plus 2 witness (one from buyer, one from seller).
