hmmm.. you can let a lawyer to do it at a fee of at least $150... you may also write your own get two reliable witnesses to also sign the paper...

It can be really simple like:

I, NAME of NRIC no. IC NO, the owner of bike model plate number would be adding Subrider name of NRIC no. IC NO as a subrider. With effect of date, subrider shall be the sole rider of bike and shall adhere to its responsibility which includes but not limited to, paying monthly installment of amount to bike shop/money transfer, servicing/maintenance, shall be held responsible for any accidents caused with effect from date mentioned, shall pay all summons incured from date mentioned, (add whatever else you wanna include)

Signed by owner,

signature + ic number

Agreed by subrider,

signature + ic number

Witnessed by,

signature1 + ic number

signature2 + ic number

a lawyers' letter would be more comprehensive..

And my example may not be the best.

COI?.... so many things can go wrong & an agreement letter won't stop sh!t from happenning

Seller has everything to lose & nothing to gain in a COI transaction.
