How to Self-Scrap a motorcycle?

I have a accident bike which I need to scrap myself.

The aftermarket parts I wished to keep or sell away on ebay.

 

Anyone who has scrapped a bike before can help?

1)What parts is needed by the scrap yard? just the frame and engine casing, both with the correct serial number? Or just the frame only?

2)If above is true, then it means I can stripe bare the bike and just carry the frame to the scrap yard for it to be registered as scrapped?

 

Any advice would be appreciated.
