I was offered 2 chapalang helmets, bike cover, box and bracket. I rejected all the "freebies" and told them to give me their net price for the GTS 200.

These freebies comes as standard package. Other freebies will depends on the negotiation power with them :)

 

Thanks FJRider, I bring out my best negotiation skill when im buying frm mah! Hopefully ah chew will b a nice salesman for me to get other freebies! haha but not2 their chapalang helmets.

Is the box and bracket good? Givi? or should i do my box and bracket from other place!

Cant wait till ride a relax scooter. Hopefully next coe will b low, miss the $1400+.

Hi kodokers, how much u pay for ur joyride 200i frm heng motor? freebie? colour u get?

Ah Chew used to run his own bike shop in Mah Motor Agency at Jalan Besar. After his retirement, he joined Mah Pte Ltd. They're are from same family. .

abt $8000 incl retain plate,wanted white but they got oni silver,2 helmets and box,

Thanks! I take note for the price. Ya i wanted white too, but mah say only have black,silver and dark grey. Ill ask them again.

getting gts200 after cny.

 

Y not the 200i evo? like to know y as i was quite headache over the 2 but finally 200i evo as it efi so in theory it easier to mantain. but i dont know y i just hate the flat standboard. But i hate the single eye gts200 more, haha.

I would get gts because there are cheaper part in Malaysia.

Ya i understand there's more spare and cheaper part around for gts, but think i wont risk going malaysia as i humji. lol

Understand from our Sym guru aka Nemesis that there is a dedicated SYM service center somewhere in Kulai. I was supposed to go there with him when my then 2 months old GTS started giving me headache ...

Fortunately that trip wasn't necessary as Mah Pte replaced the whole fuel system for my GTS. Since then, my GTS is serving me well.

my evo doing ok,now still doing hard running in meter oni abt 160kms, not yet tried top speed but pick up not bad for a 180cc scoot but smooth acceleration and ride

no special preference on which to get (gts or evo), as long as it will serve my purpose of commuting from A to B on mon-fri only. oh ya, i too dont like the flat standboard.
