sp problem, and shops to do sp?

my sp have some problems. at low rpm, 1k-5k the bike seems to jerk alot and sounds very different from other sp, cannot keep a constant speed, need accelerate more.

 

how to solve this problem, i feel like the gears problem. btw just changed block and piston.

 

tried many shops and pay alot of $$, but none have solved this problem.

bro now u running in period or over ready?

if still running in..

den its normal..

coz the piston,piston ring and block getting to season with each other..

mine oso same thing happen when i just overhauled..

 

if u finish running in ready...

did u do ur running in properly?

 

or is ur choke on?

coz running the engine when the choke is on will cause ALOT of jerking..

ya still in running in period. cause today just ride my friends sp. my engine seems loud and as i mentioned, around 4k rpm , the engine gives a weird sound although i maintain the same throttle.

the feel in 1k-5k rpm is like totally different, i can feel the engine power and rpm goes up fast, but when the bike is moving forward, feels like something stucked.

 

anyway i bringing down to planet motor the coming mondays. hope they can solve my problem.

btw, running in is don`t go over 90km/h, does rpm, dragging gear affects?
