Cut plastic / fairing

want to shorten my front wheel fender ...

to show more of the tire lah ...

 

anyone know which shop can do good and cheap ???

scare if saw it myself not even, then ugly lah ..

 

mine is the black plastic, not painted type,

so if saw then file also must have skill, if not scratch also difficult to cover
