need some help on some law matters

My friends and i was assaulted ... they use unknown weapons and we got our heads broke.. police is charging them... if they found guilty, will we get compensate on our medical fees ? or we need engage our own lawyer for the compensate? cos i was quite badly injured by them...

u need a lawyer to engage u to claim for the fees..

police only deals with charging them...

 

u need to standby ur receipts of ur medical visits n also kindly tell him ur wrk scope or wateva, so he can claim for ur lost of income..
