coz mine is plastic and it was respray wif black wen i gt the bike. look damn ugly coz gt wrinkle surface as if the plastic is goin to melt so change lor. at least nw i see it oso comfortable

hey ppl.. juz wanna ask... im about to buy a r model fireblade.. fn plate.. its price is 4800.. i downpay 1k and coi $165 x 36mth... im 20 dis yr.. is that considered exp?? how do they work out the instl..?? pls help in clarifying... thks...

Which shop u buying from? total u r paying $6940 leh. Thrid party insurance is around $350-$400, Transfer fee how much they charge u? then interest how much? --> might be 6%. then they got charge u document fees?

heel plate cost $50 for a pair. Aluminium wif holes, look quite nice though coz plastic heel plate is not durable and cracks easily. color will fade too so alot spray to black. mine used to be plastic and spray to black but look sucky so change it to aluminium instead.

 

screws for fairrings cost $5.50 each!!! change all 6 cost me $33 + 2 big screws cost $7 total $40. KAOZ... damn ex sia....

oh my mech bought for me, i lazy to hunt for it. btw the heel plate is belong to cbr900 coz nw cbr40 heel plate all plastic. no more metal type liao. still look cool on my bike esp the holes!

i took off my heel plate cos one side break into half, btw wat the use of the heel plate?

basically its kinda for cosmetic and to protect ur cables on the side as well

Hi Bro

 

I'd suggest that you save up the money for your big bike later. Things to consider when you change to a full system. You'll need to change your jettings and air filter for better fuel efficiency and air flow.

 

Also, low-mid range will suffer a great deal and power band is only towards the mid-high end. Unless you're constantly engaging high revs, you'll suffer a great power loss especially in pick up from moving off.

 

I'd not be surprise after all these modifications and you'll only have 2 rear horse gain.

 

In short, NOT viable, even if you have the money to.

dude,hw lng haf u travelled?i tink i might be experincing the same tink as urs leh.usually i clock arnd 90km-100km from boon lay to bedok reservoir and back which cost me almost $10 per pump.

more cost effective to buy ciong 1 lah.come wif all sorts of colors.though original 1 is thicker,crack lines tend to form at the edge over time if u park ur bike under the sun.
