Motovation sliders work well. I bought a set from the guy here in SG last year and took them back to Australia and installed on my CBR400 racebike. Seem to be good quality and I have tested that they work ;)

the slider is to prevent damage on your fairings if ur bike shld fall or drop but if crash(touchwood) oso cant realli save the fairing. but its an item worth buying. anyway there are alot of brands other than motivation which are cheaper and of same performance so shld try to ask ard before buying. met a guy in unity he bought his slider $45 oni and seems quite durable as motivation slider :cheeky:

yes, L model knn filter can be fitted to R model coz the airbox is similar. original L model main jet size= 107, R model main jet size=105.

Yeh live in SG now but I don't have the tools here to do it, all left at home. I will send you some pictures though of it installed on different bikes, any bike shop can do it, its like 2 bolts. You need a rear stand and some way to lift the bike up to take the load off the shock though car jack under the (headers works well) and I just don't have those tools here.

Should take any mechanic about 30 minutes to do. If you can't find someone to do for you I can put you in touch with the guy who looks after my bike here and he can sort you out.

r u installing a full L model tong exhaust pipe(header+end can)? if yes, den u will require a min 108 size main jets... and if u have already removed the restriction plates in the cylinder head inlet rubbers and remove the sponges in th e air box den will might need bigger size main jets... mine installed with main jet size 110.

as for the derestriction, using the wiring method or installing a Max derestricter produces basically the same results...:goodluck: :goodluck: :goodluck:

tks dude, check with my mech he using size 108 for the main jets and size 35 for the pilot jets. as for the restriction plates in the cylinder head inlet rubbers and remove the sponges in th e air box have no idea but will check again with him. Pipe is original R model if not mistaken coz its wrap wif some cheap sticker. But will fix the L model tong pipe tis comin sat, but header is still R model. if tat the case i will use the wiring method as its cheaper. anything else i need to know so can inform my mech wat to change as its gona be free! :cheeky:

btw wat is ur top speed?
