That tire 'pop' incident, I've seen it happen to other riders before, when I was servicing my bike.. some guy rode into the shop, the mech "POP" his tire and he left saying he got his tire at HKL..

my fuel comsumption is very high (200km b4 reserve) and i need to change spark plugs about every mth. When i rev my bike black smoke come out like free 1 i went to check my jetting size still in good condition and is stock 1. Got a mech tell me that i need to do a top overhaul he say he heard something strange in my engine sad sia

If i not wrong at least $400 for top overhaul n not include watever wore out.

haha for my case is diff coz i was intro by fren. went to change tyre and took a long time b4 i decide to go for M1. the mech is ah keong whu change for me. Den i told him straight in the face if i kena any accident and i nvr die i will come back to look for u! he hear liao smile and say "relac la bro i will do a gd job for u!" and he cast wateva he was doin and change the tyre himself as he intended to ask another mech to change for me

i suggest u confirm wif other mech (prefer to be recommend by frenz) tat if ur engine require top overhaul before u go for it. its gona be very costly and the prob lies may not be in the engine unless u realli trust the mech....

i had this problem too, mine was ard 190 for main tank.. my riding style is rev to 5 or 6k rpm den change gear... but i suggest if ur fren is selling his blade which have a high mileage, u can exchange ur carbs b4 he sell... i did it with a fren whose blade can reach 300km for main tank... but after install it on my bike, can reach 270 with the same riding style of mine... maybe can try try

got i went there wash & tune a few times but now never go there cause the price is quite high pocket cannot tahan so never go there but their servicing is good

ya...oso waiting to xchange my header with L model header. but seems quite difficult to find ley, my fren till nw no news for me....

 

anyway milege mos likely is the carb prob, don tink the header plays a major role coz it is mainly for the airflow, but of coz tat is only wat i assume...correct me if im wrong
