this one is up to individual preference..

i may feel too soft but rider may feel juz rite..

is how the rider ride the bike..

of cos in the extreme case where rider dun noe which is the correct feel or even he feel something is wrong, but he dun noe wat wrong..

the worst case is everytime ride pass a hump or pothole, the bike will go see-saw motion.. confirm the suspension is gone..

diff case is caused by diff reason.. if i type all the possible case, will be never ending..

this thread will aid mi in explaining and provide diff solutions for diff case..

but pls take note to exercise cautious as wrong adjustment will screw up the bike geometry and affect handling. all the adjustment must be done in small changes.. to get the rite setting of suspension cannot be done overnite..

wat coffee session?

i will be installing the oiler this sat late afternoon after i settle the bike stuffs at bike shop..

:)

 

i mean we haven been meeting up this few weeks.. so asking when is the nxt arcade, coffee, movie etc.. lol..

all seems so busy.. :)

i dun like to install items that need to tap into bike system..

the one i build is a separate item using gravity.. have serve mi well for the past years..

i give the buyer when i sell off my bike. so the new bike need to install another new one..

if u interested, search the forum around and make a comparison between DIY oiler and scottoiler(agent for this product is motoworld).

the amount onli enough for my bike..

my bike need 3.3L of coolant compare to previous bike onli need 1.9L

u check wat is the requirement for yr bike.. cos coolaide available in SG mkt is premix type where one bottle is onli 1.83L.

the water jet u mention is it those pressure jet??

if u have regularly maintain the radiator, there should be no problem using that..

however, if the radiator is being worn or damaged to a extent, using jet will cause radiator to leak..

Reason is that when the coolant was not change for too long, the radiator may have rust form in it. these rust is covering the opening. so the jet will remove the rust and expose the leakage area.

The best way is to replace it with a larger radiator like wat fx did. I afraid using jet will cause more damage to the rad as I post previously.

might looking for CBR600 F2/F3 radiator...which is larger and have the same mounting point..

motoworld selling at 18 bucks per bottle..

no need to add water..

if u coming tml, u will see the older product, concentrated one..

need to mix wif distilled water.. but worth much more than the current one..

the old one have being using for years le..

one way is find out yr bike need how much coolant is u give mi the dimension of yr radiator size.. estimate will do..

then i advice u the amount needed..
