Around $30+ to flush out and refill with good coolant

 

2)bleed brakes

Depends on the fluid you use and the amount, but no more than $20 or so

 

3)change top gasket

What is a top gasket? Do you mean the head gasket?

 

4)clear valve

There is no valve to "clear" What you want to do is have your valve clearances checked and adjusted. This is time consuming and fiddly. Around $300 depending on the number of shims required to be replaced. Replace the head gasket from item 3 at the same time to save on labour costs. No sure of price for original head gasket.

 

5)change brake pads

EBC HH Sintered front pads ~$100+

rear around $55+

 

6)change clutch cable

About $20-$30, again get it done while the bike is already apart to have the valves checked to save labour time.

 

7)clear exhuast carbon

No such thing.

 

8)repair brake lights

If its just bulbs a couple of dollars. If it requires eletrical troubleshooting then more depending entirely on how long to find the problem and then parts required to replace.

 

9)change rectifier

Not sure on price for original but an R1 rectifier is heavier duty and will last longer than the Honda one which is known to be a problem part. I bought an R1 reg/rec for $75

 

10)clean carb

You want to clean, balance and tune properly. Not sure how much for this one, often you will have a few seals and things that need replacing through wear and tear so price can vary.

 

11)clean air filter

Nothing you just blow compressed air through it. Better to replace with a new one. Get a K&N if you can afford it.

 

12)grounding wires

Why waste money? Doesn't increase perfomance and really isn't necessary.

 

If you are going to do so much consider some iridium NGK sparkplugs at the same time, also worth checking the condition of your throttle cables, if clutch needs replacing then wouldn't hurt to do the throttle as well.

-Yup head gasket.. wear n tear the engine oil is seeping thru the top of the carb

- heard lotsa pple talking abt carbon build up and we have to clear them by reving the engine n stuff... seen pple taking down to bike shop and the mech actually took out the exhuast n uses a blow torch to melt the carbon inside.. so basically the babyblade dun have to clear the carbon?
