Mm.. most simplest way is to unlock ur pillion seat, then look for a sticker. It wound actually indicate urs whether is a L, N or R..

If the chesis number start at the frame starts with NC29-1000001, then urs is an L' model.

 

NC29-1050001 will be N' model and NC29-1100001 with be R' model

 

R models have cartridge-type forks with adjustable pre-load and rebound damping

according to ur chassis information, i'm suspecting mine is a R model... lol

 

cos mine start with 110

Mm. when u actually throttlea bit, u will see ur head light is from dim then become a bit birghter, after that back to dim, tat mean ur rectifier is still working..

 

For better and accurate ans, u can try to ask the bike shop...

ohh... what's fork adjustment preload?

to check ur rectifier hor.. if u travel long distance and after tat ur bike cannot starts... or u can use a volt meter and reve ur battery.. if rectifier got fault.. the volt is like 10 to 11V nia on high reve.. means u are using like 100% of battery but it only charges back 70% everytime hance after long period ur bike cant start..

 

my bike tio before and change a rectifier is about $75.. symtoms are.. u on ur bike the netural light and everything is normal.. but once u press ur start button everything starts to get dimmer and lastly u cant even hear ur starter's sound..

 

correct me if i mislead in amyway..

 

Fork adjustment preload.. L and N model is using damp fork and R model is using cartiage fork.. the diff is L and N models fork is a more cheap way of building it and it absorbs the shock nt as well as a cartriage fork.. but the adjust preload thingy hor.. i think damp fork also can adjust.. only thing is tat its more troublesome.. unlike R model fork can adjust by just a spanner...

Guys.. facing some problems.. just now when i after reachin 2nd lunk my bike died.. and i press start totally no sound at all.. need to play with the headlight and cut off switch then can.. then each traffic light my bike will die off.. dunno y how arh? any1 knows wat happen?

 

i just changed my rectifer.. so i think its nt tat area bah..
