hi guys i got my CBR just yesterday liao. However some issues:

my speedo no light, is it common or bulb spoil? if i intend to change the meters and stuff to digital speedo + those bright bright light ard the meters(dunno how to call it), is it possible and roughly how much?

n is it possible to install fuel gauge?

what does the red light for 'oil' mean? it's on when i on ignition and the light goes off once engine starts?

from what i know, could be bulb spoil. but can't comfirm cos cbrs are some how old bikes. i tink there's some aftermarket digital speedo, gear indicator etc, they come with nice leds also. can try check with shops. as for fuel gauge, i haven't seen any cbrs installed with that. if i'm not wrong , the red color oil light on the meter, is ur engine oil 1, if EO level too low, it will light up. but when u just turn on ur ignition, it lights up, its fine.

where you live?

check the bulbs inside the speedo first before changing the whole speedo.

fuel guage tink no 1 got fix be4 and is impossible ba (any1 correct me?) cos got smt to do wif the guage to put inside tank.

fuel gauge is impossible.

hey guys, could u recommend which spark plug is good for a CBR400 Hurricane J-Model.my bike is die die not starting unless i push start which is seriously frustrating and is it easy to chang ethe spark plug on my own or better to go shop?thanks guys.

 

Might not b spark plug prob. Better bring it to bike show to check.

my speedo also no light. but heard can change the bulb only. i saw ppl fix the vapour digital speedo before so its possible. and the light stuff u toking bout izzit led? roughly 300 for digi speedo and led i tink. fuel guage tink no 1 got fix be4 and is impossible ba (any1 correct me?) cos got smt to do wif the guage to put inside tank.

hmmm i'm very interested in doin up this baby. Currently there's some cracks on fairing but i guess no choice. Since i still new to CBR400, will use until installment finish 2 yrs later, den change to some nicer fairings.

bro i suggest u save the money for changing the speedo and led. our blade is old so not i wan to say but got wear and tears. may cost from few dollars to hundreds
