guys, i would like to know where can i get my mp3 repair?

its says..

1:CLEAN UP

2:FORMAT ALL

3:RELOAD FIRMWARE

4:REBOOT

 

but when i've tried reload firmware, its says firmware failed.

Try using the Creative Organizer in your computer and, with the Zen hooked up, connect to the Creative website and reload the firmware for your Zen.

 

Then trying rebooting again. I hope this will work for you as it did for me.

it happened for my zen too. too annoyed to even try rebooting it thou.
