Where to do moulding and how much??

Hi all, theres a small crack on my sp's head fairing anyone know where i can do moulding? and how much would it cost ?

bro.. my suggestion is.... if its a small crack.. wait for it to get bigger.... den change the whole head ferring... lol.... a boy approx. 50 bucks....
