Lock with keys - Est. $30

Stainless steel detachable hinges - $12 each

Stainless steel handle on top of box - $10 each

Above price is just 1 box nia. Sound alittle bit bo hua lor.

Price excluding Coating and engraving wor.

if you are making pannies, you might want to consider using alu hinges and rivets... or at least have the hinges on the inside... becos... of galvanic corrosion.

 

since it is custom made.... how about installing skid plate, add aerodynamic fairing for the box....

 

oh... and also paint it white together with your bike.
