how to check installment?

i'm getting a bike from a guy which claimed he fully paid the bike..going to do transfer with him next week.

 

so how can i check if the bike is fully paid for and not owning any bike shop $$?

 

i dun wan to later bike shop come tow my bike..!

Call LTA and enquire about the transfer of that bike plate number. If there's instalments outstanding to any finance company, there is an indication they can see from the system (and they cannot do the transfer).
