legendary keybrdist, Chick Corea will be coming to S'pore to perform on 5th Dec. it's a once in a lifetime chance.

 

He'll be coming along with Stanley Clarke (bass) and Lenny White (drums), both grand masters of their own field.

haven't heard much of cuban stuff but one of the most happening drummers, Horacio "El Negro" Hernandez is from cuba. so if cuban jazz is similar to wat he does, then definitely is gd stuff

plenty but the most popular ones are produced by Ry Cooder who organised the folks from Buena Vista Social club. consisting of all senior citizens.

 

sadly by now mnay have passed on but the music is alive

my favourite Omara Portuondo is still alive
