silencer thingy inside the exhuast end can

i'm riding drz 400 sm with a delta full sys.

 

i got the bike 2nd hand with the full sys.

 

but i noticed that there is no silencer inside the end can.(did i get the part name right? its the removable cone thingy inside which makes it a legal exhuast)

 

any idea where i can get a replacement for it? i wanna be legal after hearing storys from the fateful night at yishun dam with LTA.

 

and any idea how much is the fine for illegal exhuast?

Get back your siliencer from the guy who sold you the bike.

 

Last heard from a friend who got the ticket, S$500 for messing up with bike exhaust.
