I had a bad experience as well at auntie shop with the girl who looks in her 30s. I had a change of mirrors for my scooter. Cost only $25. After having it for less than 2 weeks, the screw came loose and the mirrors could turn 360 degrees. I brought it back asking them to help tighten. They mentioned that I had to pay $12. It happened to be a service malfunction and they did not provide the service however insisted that I had to pay if not they will not do so. If the mirrors did not require any long tools which needed to be tightening from the tiny opening of the inner windscreen, I would have done it myself. I paid $12 service to tighten a $25 mirror and never went back again. Can't stand their principle.
