Newbie trying to buy a bike, suggestions?

Hi, folks, I've been waiting for a long time just to buy a cool bike for my brother, receiving ideas

choosing bike....do take into account on the purpose,e.g...commuting or to satisfy one's craving adrenaline rush

commuting - 125cc - 4-stroke bikes good on fuel consumption and maintenance

cravings - dirtbike - fill up that adrenaline rush but get ready to get worn out replacement parts - added cost

Juz my 2 cents worth....discuss with your bro on the purpose and do lots of research and RIDE Safe.....
