last 2 yr i had a accident. no injury, no polis report, no mc no letter from police, lta... nothing. onli letter from AXA and lawyer letter i jus kena claim insurance, but it havent settle yet. it reach until i was issue wif writ of summons, n i giv AXA aredi. qtn is:

 

i see in WOS offences by me include fail to keep vehicle in proper lane n watever **** i forgot. will police get involved in this? can the claimant last min after 2 yrs make a police report, n will i kena any points?

n 1 more qtn, hw do i noe case has closed? cant say cos last yr case nt settled oso my premium is ard twice normal price. after WOS sent isit settled? its been 2 yrs accident dec31 2007

hmm nt sure bro. 1yr plus ago had an accident too. a jaywalker was crossing n i nearly bang him. i manage to swerve to the left n my helmet n side mirro graze him. he bleeds on his fore head an arm. tp n police came n make report. the uncle was brought up the ambulance. not serious i tink as only few cuts. make police report n report at tp. wanted to mit the io alot of times but he postpone untill he say he wld call me. till now no news of it. i tink my case is close. as for u i tink its settle witout report maybe. so don tink u kanna point
