helped need after an accident

im abit lost on what i should be doing. pls help

 

last thurs i was going straight on a big single lane road. when a stationary van suddenly did a sharp 90degree right turn(without signaling) and the front of the van collided with my left side.

 

4days mc which i extended with another day to 5days. i got bruise on shoulder and hip. and few abrasions. my bike gear lever damaged, crashbar damaged, handlebar bent, paint work scratched.

 

i have done the damage report and tp statement. mine is AXA 3rd party. other party is china insurance.

 

tp is investigating, apparently the other party denies it's her fault. my witness, an foreign worker cannot be contacted by tp.

 

i understand i can do claims thru motorshop.

 

since my case is still investigating can i proceed with the claims at the motorshop? or do i need to wait till the tp gives me an answer to the case(IO said might take 3mths)?

 

will the motorshop charge me first for my repairs or claim to 3rd party directly, since there's no answer from tp?

 

and lets say i lose the case do i have to pay the bikeshop for the repairs i've done, laywer fees, or other fees and the other party damages?

 

i also understand that i can purchase a copy of the other party's police statement from tp right? anyone knows the price?

 

pls help. im pretty lost after the accident. thanks guys.
