bro, any 1 can tell me the procedure of renewing everything?

Some info bout my bike

- bike cb400 vtec1 fully paid

- insurance , rd tax & inspection due on January

- COE expire June

insurance i usually do myself cos it's cheaper..

but now in order to renew insurance, they need to ensure the COE is valid right.

but rd tax renewal also need the insurance to be valid..

so m i rite 2 say i must go down LTA n renew COE 1st n then go renew insurance then inspection + rd tax?

roughly how much the damage wil be to my pocket?

(P.s:- selling my bike to shop is not a option cos my working place nt "new" bike friendly.. alot of grit blasting going around :angel:)

Inspection shld be done first, so yr bike is qualified safe on the road. Next is to buy insurance to cover bike and yrself. With the insurance given, LTA cannot deny you the road tax to demonstrate the beauty of the bike and riding on the road, but with a price.:angel:

Can do it online @ One.Motoring -> LTA e-services -> Renew COE

To renew COE, you pay the amount called the Prevailing Quota Premium (PQP), which is the average of the past three month's COE amount for the category. December PQP is $923.00. If you think that COE will be cheaper next year, then wait lor... Hehe...

Alt, since you renew the insurance yourself, why not you ask your insurer for advise on the sequence of procedure...?

What I did was, renew my COE online. The way chuan.z has explained. Then renew insurance and roadtax the usual way.
