Too general liao... It's like asking bike cannot start is due to what

Can be due to software damage (e.g. virus, BIOS settings corrupted) or hardware damage (e.g. RAM, mobo itself).

If you know someone who's friendly with computers, ask him/her to help troubleshoot. Otherwise, have to bring the whole rig to SLS (or any computer shops that does repairs) for troubleshooting. No idea on cost.

Hi! I'm also having boot up problem...

My laptop can't get past the boot up diagnostic test... It get stuck on the Atapi CD-ROM after testing the System memory and Memory Cache... And I can't go to the BIOS Setup or the Boot Menu... I suspect that I've fried my hard disk... Any way to make my system boot up properly...? Any shop in SLS to recommend...?

Thanks~!

Did you accidentally left a CD in the CD-ROM? Power up and eject the CD-ROM right away to check. Alternatively, use a pin to eject the CD-ROM manually.
