isz possible to appeal against the investigation results of the IO?

 

i'm am the victim; doing nothing wrong stand there and got hit, injured. The other party didn't apologize and accuse me causing the accident.

hmm if i m nt wrong the pedestrian is always right. by right u are the one who can dismiss this case. not the driver cause he is the one knocking u dwn. hmm are u hurt in anyway? hmm actually wat happen? i knock an old man b4. luckily was going at slow speed. he only had bruises. tp came and make report. untill now the case is neva heard anymore. think case close as the old man did not want to press charges. not that i drop the case. hmm u may kol the io and ask.
