Pls key in BITEC Thailabd on google map 7 I will hv a better understanding of the location. Most Thailand Taxi driver will know this location.

Hmmmm while I was there for the last 3 days - we did not even see a red shirt on the streets of Bangkok. Jus stay away from some of the hot areas, they cant cover the whole of bangkok which is 4 times the size of S'pore Island.

Just enjoy the shopping in their orchard road...and stay away from goverment areas like what the above forummer said...The news tend to make it a little bigger than it looks. Same case, the last few times I was there on business trip, nothing much but on the news it looked pretty bad.
