Which motorshop you will go to to get Brand New Spark (clutchless)

Hi ppl! This is my second post of this topics.

Hope I posted at the right section with the right 'topic'.

 

I understand there are lot of SPARK threads but to narrow down, am looking to purchase brand new spark.

 

Looking in full payment if everything work out right.

 

So some kind soul to advise on:

1.) How much does it cost now?

-Machine Price?

-With COE?

-Insurance for age above 30?

 

2.) Which bikeshop you would recommend?
