hey BROS hope u all can help me here.

 

wonder where can i get bike insurance done? bike shops or elsewhere?

 

also, can i transfer the insurance from the seller of the bike to me if i buy it from the person and nt bike shops.

You can get bike shops to do it for you but I think they charge some fees...Alternatively, you may go to NTUC, Mitsui or whichever insurance company to ask for a quote and then buy your motor insurance from them direct...more straight forward and fast...but make sure the vehicle you buying insurance is registered under your name...Last time must show log card but nowadays LTA stop issuing log cards so dunno use wat liao...Call to check first then...

 

Insurance cannot be transferred....Last time I asked them, they said they would refund the unused portion to the previous owner....which means you have to get a new one for yourself....but only after the transfer of ownership is done k...
