Hello bros and sis!

 

Newbie here. Would appreciate if anyone has an input to my dumb question -.-

 

When it comes to buying a second-hand bike, I guess most of us buying would like to know if the bike is 'accident-free'. I'm just wondering if, just by having the plate number of the bike, can we actually check with LTA or insurance coy regarding the bike accident/claim history?
