Hi all , my computer is currently facing this problem..

 

 

The comp could nt be started , it runs up like usual but halfway thru there is this black screen showing

 

Windows could not start becauses of an error in the software .

Pleases report this problem as : load needed DLLs for kernel .

Pleases contact your support person to report this problem .

 

Anyone knows how to solve ?

1. get XP installation disk;

2. boot from that disk and proceed as if you are going to do a new installation;

3. once you get to the screen where it gives you the option to delete partitions, there should be another option to run a fast repair (you should be pressing an R key to invoke that);

4. press the R key - Windows will try to replace all critical system files;

5. in about 5-10 minutes you should be up and running;

6. re-apply service packs if you had them installed;

 

NB!

- read and try to understand what it says on every single screen;

- if not sure, ask someone who knows at least a bit about the procedure;

- do not use console repairs, unless you know what you are doing;

- do not do any other repairs that would require any manual input;

- if you feel you made a wrong choice but did not commit, a simple reboot will take you back - try again.

try searching for it in google bro, i think theres a site called "dll downloads" or something like that, they have all the dlls that u'll need
